Weiß möbeliertes Zimmer mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, 2 Kleiderkomoden und ein kleines Metallregal (siehe Bilder). Das Bett kann auf Doppelbettgröße ausgezogen werden (+ Stauraum) und das Zimmerfenster ist auf Höhe des 2ten Stocks. Meine Vormieterin hatte eine Matratze zurückgelassen, die wieder im Zimmer ist.
Zentrale Lage, sodass die Stadt, Hochschule und der Hauptbahnhof innerhalb von 10min zu Fuß erreicht werden können.
Wir sind *noch* zu zweit in der WG, ziehen aber beide aus. Zimmer A ist dann ab dem 01.Mai frei und Zimmer B steht ab dem 01.Juli zur Verfügung.
Die Küche wurde neu eingebaut, inkl. Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle und Toaster. Der Gemeinschaftsbereich ist ebenfalls vollmöbeliert, mit Sitzgelegenheite und Esstisch. Das Badezimmer ist gemeinschaftlich und geräumig, mit einer Dusche. Der Waschtrockner kann für 150€ abgekauft werden.
