Das zweite Zimmer in einem grundsanierten Haus in der Fußgängerzone in Schwäbisch Hall. Das Haus hat eine neue Wärmedämmfassade, ein neues gedämmtes Dach und eine neue Heizung bekommen.
Alle Zimmer wurden toll renoviert,in der Küche sind eine Herd, eine Spülmaschine und Kühlschrank und eine Eßgruppe für alle. Im Bad ist eine Dusche und ein WC, außerdem eine Waschmaschine. Die gesamte Wohnung erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen und bietet 4 Studenten Platz. Im 3. OG ist noch ein extra WC . Die Zimmer sind mit großem Bett( ohne Matratze), Schrank, Schreibtisch und Stuhl ausgestattet.
Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage, mitten in der Fußgängerzone, alles zu Fuß erreichbar, auch die Hochschule.
Die WG liegt mitten im Herzen der Haller Altstadt!
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Einkaufsläden für den täglichen Bedarf sowie Behördengänge sind alle zu Fuß innerhalb kürzester Zeit möglich. In direkter Umgebung finden sich zahlreiche Restaurants und
Bars.
Die Ackeranlagen(Parkanlage) liegen 250 Meter vom Haus entfernt und laden zum entspannen oder Sport ein!
