Ein schönes großes Zimmer in unserer Altbauwohnung wird frei.
Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und mittags scheint die Sonne schön ins Zimmer. Aus dem Fenster kann man auf Teile der Stadt und auf die Kunsthalle Würth schauen.
Das Zimmer enthält alle wichtigen Möbel: Bett (90x200), Schreibtisch, Schrank und Regal.
In einer Minute ist man im Park, das Kocherquartier ist in 10 Gehminuten erreichbar und die Hochschule ebenfalls in ca. 10 Minuten. Trotz der Zentrumsnähe eine relativ ruhige Lage.
Im Haus befindet sich im 1. OG eine Anwaltskanzlei, im 2. OG eine 7er WG und mit uns im 3.OG noch eine 4er WG. Unser Haus zählt zu einem der Studentenwohnheime in Schwäbisch Hall, weshalb nur Studierende einziehen können.
In der WG hat es Platz für vier Studierende - aktuell sind wir vier Frauen.
Die WG hat eine große, helle Küche mit Spülmaschine, zwei Kühlschränke und Geschirr. Außerdem haben wir zwei Bäder und eine eigene Waschmaschine mit Trockner. Zusätzlich gibt es noch eine kleine Abstellkammer.
Die Wohnung wird von der GWG verwaltet, d.h. alle Möbel sind von der Hausgemeinschaft.
