Es handelt sich um ein sonniges Zimmer im 1 OG eines Denkmalgeschützten Hauses. Das Zimmer ist frisch gestrichen.
Im EG befindet sich eine Garage die als Fahrradabstellraum dient, in der Garage stegt auch eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner.
Die WG liegt sehr zentral in Schwäbisch Hall, das Stadtzentrum ist in 5 minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die WG ist 7 Minuten vom Schwäbisch Haller ZOB entfernt.
Eine kostenpfligtige (ca 50€/Monat) Tiefgarage ist in 3 minuten erreichbar, kostenlose Parkplätze sind 20 minuten entfernt(Kocherwiesen, Auwiese).
Einkaufen ist direkt um die Ecke im Supermarkt möglich.
Es ist eine gemischte WG die sich aus einem Azubi und einem Berufstäigen zussamensetzt. Manchmal setzen wir uns auf die Terrasse oder grillen gemeinsam.
Rauchen ist nur draußen auf der Terrasse erlaubt.
Wenn du ordentlich, unkompliziert und nett bist wirst du hier gut reinpassen.
Das Zimmer kann jederzeit nach Absprache besichtigt werden.
