Neurenovierte Wohnung im 3. Stock eines ruhigen und modernen Mehrfamilienhauses in toller Wohngegend. Aufzug, eigenes Kellerabteil, Fahrradkeller und Wäscheraum vorhanden. Da ich schon seit 2 Jahren hier wohne, ist die Wohnung voll ausgestattet. Küche und Geräte sind dementsprechend auch noch neu (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, etc.)
Die Wohnung
hat einen großen Balkon im Sommer, den man im Winter als Wintergarten nutzen kann.
Das freie Zimmer hat 12qm und ein sehr großes Fenster, weshalb es sehr hell ist. Das Gäste-WC könntest du bei Bedarf auch alleine für dich haben.
Nach Absprache kann das Zimmer auch komplett möbliert gemietet werden. Das können wir aber alles noch besprechen, da ich die Möbel dann erst noch kaufen müsste.
Ruhige Wohngegend im Stadtgebiet Deutschhof und trotzdem nicht weit von der Innenstadt entfernt. 2 Minuten zur Bushaltestelle. Super Parkmöglichkeiten an der Straße. Leopoldina Krankenhaus, Apotheke, Supermärkte, Bäcker, etc. in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Wäre schön, wenn du dich bei mir kurz vorstellen könntest. Am besten schreibst du mir eine Mail und gibts deine Handynummer mit an, dass ich dich zurück rufen kann, falls du als Mitbewohnerin in Frage kommst.
