Das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich mit hohen Decken.
Außerdem wird es demnächst vom Vermieter möbliert.
Schreibtisch, Schrank und Bett sind also bereits vorhanden. Es gibt auch einen Balkon in der Küche, wo man beim guten Wetter draußen essen kann!
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Zum Kaufland sind es nur 5 Gehminuten. Eine Haltestelle ist direkt um die Ecke (ca. 3 min entfernt). Die Innenstadt und Hochschule (Campus I und II) sind innerhalb von 12 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die WG-Kollegen sind sehr nett. Feier gibt es in der WG eher selten. Ab und zu wird zusammen gekocht oder etwas unternommen :)
Die Küche ist mit Besteck und Kochsets ausgestattet. Zusätzlich:
Backofen, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, und Waschmaschine.
Die Kosten für Gas, Strom und WLAN sind in der Warmmiete NICHT enthalten. Man sollte hier noch mit zusatzlich 100€ monatlich rechnen.
