Die WG mit Küche, Bad und einem Flur, welcher auch als Aufenthaltsbereich genutzt werden kann. Waschmaschine sowie Spülmaschine sind ebenfalls verfügbar. Das Zimmer umfasst ca. 16 qm. Dieses wird möbiliert angeboten. Neben Deinem Zimmer haben ich ein tolles große Wohnzimmer mit bequemen Sofa, einen großen Flur mit Kamin und eine große Küche. Außerdem gibt es ein Bad mit Dusche und Wanne. Und ein Gäste-WC. Die Wohnung wurde vor 4 Jahren komplett saniert, daher sind überall neue Böden drin und es gibt tollen Stuck.
Toplage im Berlin Charlottenburg, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe , Die Bus-Haltestellen sind auch unmittelbar in der Nähe.
