Es handelt sich um ein Zimmer in einer 3-er-WG.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch u. Bürostuhl.
Da im ganzen Haus fast ausschließlich Praktikanten wohnen, werden
Praktikant/innen von ZF, INA-Schaeffler, SKF, Bosch-Rexroth, Fresenius, SRAM usw. bevorzugt.
Von meiner Seite kommen keine weiteren Kosten dazu.
Die pers. Rundfunkgebühren muss natürlich jeder selber tragen, soweit er nicht befreit ist.
"Putzen" ist ein schönes deutsches Verbum und bedeutet: sauber machen ist angesagt!!!
Voraussetzung: Geimpft und geboostert - Nachweis erforderlich!!!
2 Min. entfernt ist eine Bushaltestelle, direkt bei der Fachhochschule.
Der nächste Discounter ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Betriebe sind alle auch mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar (15 min)
INA-Schäffler-FAG auch gut zu Fuß (10 min).
Im Haus sind insgesamt 4 WG´s - die z.T. auch international belegt sind.
Englisch ist aber sicherlich kein Problem.
Ihr könnt jederzeit eine email, eine sms oder whatsapp schicken oder zu vernünftigen Zeiten auch gerne anrufen.
Wenn ich Zeit habe, melde ich mich sofort, ansonsten kann es manchmal auch ein wenig dauern.
