Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und hat insgesamt 3 Zimmer plus Küche und Bad, eine separate Toilette sowie 2 kleine Rumpelkammern. Mein Zimmer liegt auf der Westseite und hat nen grauen Teppichboden.
Außerdem gibt es auch noch ein Dachbodenabteil auf dem Wäsche aufgehängt oder andere Sachen abgestellt werden können. Keller ist auch vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist fünf Minuten Fußweg von der nächsten Bushaltestelle entfernt und liegt auch etwa fünf Minuten von der FH entfernt. Gleich um die Ecke gibt es eine Bäckerei und auch etwa 10 Minuten entfernt gibt es einen Lidl. Edeka lässt sich mit dem Rad in 10-15 Minuten erreichen. In die Innenstadt schafft man es mit dem Rad in etwa 10-15 Minuten.
Es ist hier sehr ruhig und ordentlich. Die beiden anderen würden sich freuen eine/n nette/n Mitbewohner/in zu finden, mit der man auch mal etwas unternehmen kann. Waschmaschine und Staubsauger sowie vorhandene Küchengeräte und Geschirr können mitbenutzt werden.
