Das Zimmer wurde erst vor einem Jahr renoviert und ist so gut wie neu. Bei Bedarf kann man die Möbel übernehmen, großer Schrank, kleiner Schrank, Kommode, Bett, Schreibtisch, sind vorhanden. Die ganze restliche Wohnung is auch komplett möbliert.
Die Wohnung ist für Schüler und Studenten in einer perfekten Lage. Die FHWS is zu Fuß in 5 min(generell das ganze Schulviertel), der nächste Lidl in 2 min, zu Fuß zu erreiche. Zur Innenstadt sind es ca 15 min, aber mit dem Bus der 2 min entfernt ist, ist dies auch kein Problem.
Ich bin seit 2 Jahren in dieser Wohnung und habe auch schon zuvor Erfahrung im Wg-Leben. Deshalb bin ich auch ein sehr offener Mensch und habe mit Neuheiten keine Probleme.

Kurz über mich, ich bin 24 Jahre alt und studiere Mechatronik in Schweinfurt und bin ein sehr sportlicher Typ. Ab und zu sind am Wochenende (solange es Corona zulässt) Kumpels bei mir, zum gemütlichen unterhalten und Shisha rauchen.(deswegen Zigaretten rauchen nicht erlaubt, weil ich finde es stinkt extrem).
