An Internatinal student searching for a flatshare near FHWS

My name is Thao Phu, I am 24. I am a Vietnamese student who is going to study in FHWS in 2017/2018 winter semester. I study Business and Engineering in English. I just can speak english so far but soon I will study German at the uni. I am easy with every rooms /houses condition, better with a furnished room. I most likely to live where is near FHWS- not further than 3km. I am happy to live with mixed gender flatmates flat, but if there is just one, I prefer to share with a female.
My semester is starting around the beginning of October, therefore I wish to get a place as soon as possible. My e-mail is .
