Brazilian Student looking for mainly for a room in Schweinfurt.

My name's Joao Pedro, but you can call me JP. I'm from São Paulo - Brazil. I'm starting college in Schweinfurt. I'm looking mainly for a room in a shared apartment.
I plan to arrive around the 23rd of September, but I'm willing to rent a place for me already for the beginning of September.
I know how to speak Portuguese, English, but unfortunately, I have poor knowledge of German but am strongly interested in learning it, especially after arrival.
My plan for this first semester is to start the college itself, study the German Language and also its culture (for better integration), and also look for a job. So I probably won't spend much time in the room itself.
I am the type of person that likes to socialize, so a conversation is something that I appreciate. But if the people sharing the place are not the type that enjoys socialize, not a problem for me since I respect people's personal spaces.
