Hallöchen, ich suche einen neuen Untermieter für ein Zimmer meiner Zweiraumwohnung ab 01.09.23. Diese befindet sich im Stadteil Schwerin Mitte, direkt in der Nähe der Bahnstation und ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Die Wohnung hat eine Einbauküche, große Fenster, eine Badewanne, einen Kellerraum, sowie einen Hof, der gemeinschaftlich genutzt werden kann. Auf diesem kann bei Bedarf ein Stellplatz für einen PKW gemietet werden. Die Kosten belaufen sich auf 300 Euro warm. Dazu kommt noch eine Abgabe von 100 Euro für Strom und Internet. Zu mir: ich bin 22, männlich, recht ruhig und unkompliziert. Wichtig ist mir auch ein gemeinschaftliches Miteinander. Falls du Fragen zu der Wohnung und / oder meiner Person hast, schicke mir gerne eine Nachricht!
