Hallo, ich suche zum 1.Oktober ´12 einen neuen Mitbewohner oder eine Mitbewohnerin.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Schwerin - Werder Vorstadt, und ist schön ruhig gelegen.
Das Zimmer ist ca 20m2 groß, zusätzlich befindet sich in der WG ein großes Gemeinschaftszimmer.
Parkmöglichkeiten fürs Auto sind vorhanden, hinter dem Haus befindet sich ein Gemeinschaftsgarten. Die Miete beträgt 242,50€ warm, die Kaution 320€.
Zu Fuss benötigt man in die Innenstadt ca. 10 Minuten. Eine Busanbindung ist auch vorhanden.
Es wäre auch möglich bereits Ende August, Anfang September einzuziehen... praktisch falls du hier eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium beginnen möchtest.
Erreichbar bin ich in telefonisch in der Woche ab 19 Uhr, und am Wochenende ohne Einschränkung.
