Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Französischen Doppelbett (140x200), Nachttischchen und einem großen Kleiderschrank (220 cm breit) ausgestattet. Im Bad gibt es eine Badewanne mit Regendusche und Duschbrause. Wäsche muss mit der Hand oder im Waschsalon gewaschen werden. Ein Trockenraum und Wäscheständer auf dem Balkon stehen zur Verfügung. Im großen Esszimmer gibt es einen Tisch mit Stühlen und etwas leeren Platz zum Zwischenlagern von Möbeln. Die Küche ist mit Töpfen, Geschirr, Besteck, Herd, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach ausgestattet. Es gibt einen großen Südbalkon mit zwei Stühlen. Zum Zwischenlagern von Kisten oder Möbeln steht ein Kellerabteil zur Verfügung, welches spätestens zum Auszug (30. Mai) wieder geräumt sein muss. Elektrizität wird pauschal mit 30 Euro und Internet+WLAN mit 10 Euro berechnet. Das Zimmer kann auch von zwei Personen bewohnt werden, dann gegen Aufpreis von 100 Euro.
English: The bed room is equipped with a French double bed (140x200), bedside tables and a large wardrobe (width 220 cm). In the bath room, there is a tub with rain shower and hand shower. Laundry needs to be washed by hand or externally. There is a drying room for the laundry and a laundry rack on the balcony. In the large dining room, there is a table with chairs and some empty space available for temporarily storing some furniture. The kitchen is equipped with pots, dishes, cutlery, oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge and freezer compartment. The large balcony faces south and offers two chairs. For storing boxes or furniture, there is a basement compartment, which needs to be emptied latest when leaving the appartment (30th of May). There is a fair-use flatrate for electricity for 30 Euros and for internet+wifi for 10 Euros.
The room can also be occupied by two persons, at a surcharge of 100 Euros.
