Guten Tag,
meine Eltern mit 2 erwachsenen Kindern wohnen in Ottmarsbocholt und wollen in deren 2-Familienhaus das Obergeschoss vermieten.
Es handelt sich um eine 3,5 Zimmer-Wohnung (63 qm) mit Einbauküche, die aber noch nicht drin ist.
2 Schlafzimmer, gemeinsame Küche und Wohnzimmer.
Die Kaltmiete beträgt 270€/mtl.
Die Nebenkosten betragen 80€/mtl.
Somit wären wir bei einer Gesamtmiete von 540€.
Die Wohnung wird gerade komplett renoviert und etwas umgebaut. Voraussichtlich wird die im Mai fertig sein. Sie können gerne einen Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren und die Wohnung anschauen, jedoch wird der Boden gerade mit Fliesen belegt. Dementsprechend sieht die Wohnung momentan auch aus.
