Gesucht wird ein(e) Nachmieter/in für unsere WG. Das Zimmer ist 10 m² (2,25m x 4,6m) groß und teilmöbliert, wie auf dem Foto zu sehen und mit schönem Ost-Blick in Richtung Senftenberger See. Die Wohnung besitzt ein großes möbliertes Gemeinschaftszimmer mit TV und Bad mit Dusche. Die Küche bietet Ceranherd, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle und ist auch sonst gut ausgerüstet.
Die WG liegt relativ ruhig in Nähe zum Senftenberger See, jedoch können Hochschule in 7 Fahrradminuten und Stadtcentrum in 5 Fahrradminuten erreicht werden. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist ca. 200m entfernt. Bis zum Stadtrand sind es nur ca. 500 m Fussweg.
Die beiden momentanen Mitbewohner sind ein Student der Hochschule Lausitz und ein Schüler, welcher seinen Techniker am See-Campus Schwarzheide ablegt. Das WG-Leben ist recht turbulent und es wird nie langweilig in unserer Wohnung :D
Die WG ist recht günstig, da wir zu einem vergünstigten Tarif wohnen, der jedoch nur für Schüler, Studenten oder Auszubildende gilt. Daher gilt eine Nachweispflicht gegenüber dem Vermieter! Haustiere eher unerwünscht und Rauchen nur auf dem Balkon gestattet.
