Suche einen Nachmieter für meine 2 Zimmer in einer 4Raum 2er WG. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt ca. 80qm groß. Großes Wannenbad, Einbauküche mit Waschmaschinenanschluss (WM ist im Moment nicht vorhanden). Die Miete beläuft sich auf rund 231,-€, da ist die Warmmiete enthalten, sowie Internet, Telefon und Strom. Die Zimmer sind mit Laminat und Teppich ausgelegt.
10 min zu Fuß zur Fachhochschule, 3-5min zum Zentrum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut zu erreichen.
Meine Mitbewohnerin ist unkompliziert, kommunikativ, sehr umgänglich und sucht dringenst eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in. Die Atmosphäre in der WG war sehr entspannt und ich finde es schade das ich bzgl. Stadtwechsel ausziehen musste.
Die angegebene Handynummer ist von meiner Mitbewohnerin, am besten mit ihr einen Termin ausmachen. Am besten per SMS melden, sie ruft dann zurück oder Abends ab ca. 18.00 Uhr probieren.
