Hallo, ich bin Erika (28). Ich plane für das Wise 2024/25 ins Ausland zu gehen, und suche für unsere WG eine liebe, zuverlässige und pflanzenfreundliche Person zur Zwischenmiete, vorzugsweise für den gesamten Zeitraum von Juli/August 2024 bis Januar/Februar 2025. Die genauen Daten sind auf jeden Fall flexibel und absprechbar.
Die Miete beträgt insgesamt 470€.
320€ Kalt + 150€ Nebenkosten (Strom, Gas, Kabel-Internet, GEZ, Gebrauch der Möbel)
Die WG erstreckt sich auf zwei Etagen. Dein Bereich liegt im 1. Obergeschoss und umfasst zwei große, lichtdurchflutete Zimmer (Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer) mit wundervollen, hohen Fenstern und toller Aussicht, sowie ein eigenes Bad, Flur und Küche. Die voll ausgestattete Küche teilst du dir mit meiner lieben Mitbewohnerin. Dein Wohnbereich ist für die Zeit voll mobliert, du brauchst also nichts mitzubringen bis auf deine persönlichen Sachen.
- Schlafzimmer: großer Schiebeschrank, Bett 140x200 mit Kissen/Decken/Bezügen, Smart-TV, weiterer Stauraum im Einbauschrank
- Wohnzimmer: ausziehbare Couch (Schlafcouch), gemütlicher Sessel, Regal für Dokumente/Unterlagen, großer Schreibtisch mit Stauraum und Drucker, außerdem: Gym Equipment, diverse Bücher zum Lesen, etc.
- Badezimmer mit Badewanne: Handtücher, Zeug zum Putzen, Duschen, etc.
- Küche: Backofen, 4x Kochfeld, Kühlschrank mit großem Gefrierfach (3 Fächer), Töpfe, Pfannen, Teller, Tassen, Gläser, Besteck, Toaster, Wasserkocher, große Auswahl an Tee, Mikrowelle, Hochleistungsmixer, Sodastream, etc. (keine Spülmaschine)

Hey, I'm Erika (28) and I am planning to go abroad for the fall/winter term of 2024/25. That is why I am looking for a reliable, friendly and plant-loving person who is willing to rent my rooms in our shared apartment, preferably for the entire period from August 2024 to January 2025, the exact dates are flexible and negotiable.
The rent is structured as followed:
- €320 rent + €150 utility costs (electricity, gas, cable internet, GEZ, use of furniture) = a total of €470
I also take a security deposit of €700 for the apartment and all the furniture, which will be transferred back to you when you move out.
The apartment extends over two floors. Your area will be on the 1st floor and includes two large and bright rooms (bedroom and living room) with wonderful, tall windows and great views, as well as your private bathroom, hallway and kitchen. You will share the fully equipped kitchen with my super lovely roommate. Your living area is fully furnished for the time you're renting, so you don't really need to bring anything else with you except your personal belongings.
- Bedroom: large sliding closet, bed 140x200 with pillows/blankets/covers, TV possibly with Netflix/Prime, further storage space in the built-in wardrobe
- Living room: pull-out couch (sofa bed), very comfy armchair, shelf for paper work/documents, large desk with storage space and printer, also: gym equipment, various books to read, etc.
- Bathroom with bathtub: towels, stuff for cleaning, showering, etc.
- Kitchen: oven with stovetop (4 hobs), refrigerator with large freezer (3 compartments), pots, pans, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, toaster, tea kettle, large selection of tea, microwave, high-performance mixer, soda stream, etc. (no dishwasher)

Die WG liegt auf dem schönen Lindenberg, gleich gegenüber vom großen Lindenberg Friedhof. Es stehen reichlich Parkmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung. Die nächstgelegene Bushaltestelle ist durch die Baustelle bedingt die "Schleifmühlchen"-Haltestelle, wenige Gehminuten entfernt. In der Nähe befinden sich Supermärkte wie Lidl oder Kaufland.

The apartment is located in the beautiful area called Lindenberg, right across from the large Lindenberg cemetery. There is plenty of parking available right outside. Due to the ongoing constructions at the nearby roundabout, the nearest bus stop is the "Schleifmühlchen" stop, a short walk away. Supermarkets such as Lidl and Kaufland are also nearby.
Meine Mitbewohnerin hat ihren Bereich im 2. Obergeschoss. Die Küche ist ein Gemeinschaftsraum, trotzdem hat jeder seine eigenen Schränke und Fächer.
Für die Zwischenmiete suche ich eine zuverlässige Person, die verantwortungsbewusst mit allen Sachen in der WG umgeht, und die Zimmer so weit wie möglich in Ordnung hält. Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, besitze ich sehr viele Pflanzen, 28 um genau zu sein. Deswegen suche ich eine Person, die genauso pflanzenfreundlich ist wie ich, da ich diese in der Wohnung lassen werde.

My roommate has her rooms on the second floor. The kitchen is a common room, but everyone has their own cupboards and compartments.
For the time of the rental, I am looking for a reliable person who will treat all things in the apartment responsibly and keep the rooms in order as much as possible. As you can see in the pictures, I have a "few" plants. I would be happy to find someone who is as plant-friendly as me, as I will leave them in the apartment.
