Das Haus liegt in der Fußgängerzone und ist ein Altbau . Die Zimmer befinden sich im zweiten Stock und wurden renoviert . Die Küche und das Bad ist ebenfalls erneuert worden. Die Küche ist mit Geschirr ausgestattet.
Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftsraum mit einer Essecke.
Fahrräder können im Hausflur abgestellt werden.
Parkmöglichkeiten gib es nicht am Haus , nur Be- und Entladen ist möglich. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind in der näheren Umgebung vorhanden , ca 5-8 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Geschäfte wie Aldi , Lidl und Kaufland sind gut in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar . In der Innenstadt gibt es auch Bäcker , Metzger , Kebabangebote , einen Kopieshop, Drogeriemarkt Müller und zweimal die Woche ist Markt.
Öffentliche Verkehrmittel sind in der Nähe , die Bushaltestelle ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Zum Bahnhof braucht man vielleicht 8 Minuten.
