Ich bin ein Anfang dreißigjähriger Grundschullehrer. Da ich einen Tapetenwechsel gebraucht habe arbeite ich momentan in Köln. Aus diesem Grund handelt es sich nicht wirklich um eine Wohngemeinschaft, da die Wohnung 90% der Zeit alleine genutzt werden kann. Ich habe es als WG inseriert, da ich etwa 1 Wochenende im Monat in Sigmaringen bin und dann die Wohnung Mitbewohner würde. Natürlich in einem gesonderten Zimmer. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung komplett möbeliert, inklusive Wohnzimmer. Das WG Zimmer kann aber auch nach Lust und Laune möbeliert werden.
