Angeboten wird ein 16 qm großes, helles Zimmer. Möbel können nach Absprache teilweise übernommen werden. In der Warmmiete sind GEZ, Müllgebühren und Wlan nicht inbegriffen (aber in den sonstigen Kosten). Das Zimmer läd sowohl zum entspannen, als auch zum Lernen ein ;)
Liegt in der Fußgängerzone von Sigmaringen, in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Schloss. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in alle Richtungen zu Fuß ca. 3 Minuten. ÖPNV in 2 (Bus) bis 5 Minuten (Bahnhof) erreichbar. Die Hochschule ist mit dem Bus in 15 Minuten erreichbar, mit dem Fahrrad ebenfalls. Mit dem Auto kommt man in 5 Minuten hin.
Wir sind eine junge, spritzige Nicht-Raucher-WG im Herzen Sigmaringens. Wir begrüßen es, wenn du offen dafür bis auch mal in der WG zusammen zu kochen. Dennoch hat jeder auch die Möglichkeit sich zurückzuziehen. Für Besuch sind wir immer offen, sind aber eher eine ruhigere WG. Grundsätzlich ist uns Sauberkeit sehr wichtig, weswegen wir einen wöchentlich wechselnden Putzplan haben. Wir haben eine neuwertige Einbauküche mit Geschirrspüler!
