Das Zimmer enthält ein Bett, einen Schreibtisch, einen Bürostuhl, ein Regal, einen Schrank und eine Nachttisch- oder Schreibtischlampe. Der Boden ist mit Teppich ausgelegt.
Die gesamte Wohnung ist 110 qm groß und hat neben einer geräumigen Küche noch einen gemütlichen Freisitz (eine Art abgeschlossene Terrasse von der Küche aus). Die Küche enthält eine voll ausgestattete Ikea-Einbauküche mit Spülmaschine, Ceranfeld-Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Geschirr und was man sonst so braucht. Außerdem gibt es einen Vorratsraum mit der Waschmaschine. Wlan-Internet und Sat-TV-Antenne sind im Preis inbegriffen.
Die Decken sind - wie bei einem alten Bauernhaus üblich - nicht allzu hoch. Die gesamte Wohnung ist komplett mit Laminat ausgelegt (das Bad ist gefliest).
All rooms are furnished with a bed, a desk, an office-chair, a wardrobe, shelves, and an little lamp. This room has got a carpet.
The whole flat has got 110 sqm with a great kitchen and even a terrace next to the kitchen.The kitchen is furnished with a ceramic glass cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee-maschine, dishes, cutlery and most things you need in the kitchen. There is also a washing-maschine and a storage-room. WLAN-Internet and SAT-TV-Antenna are provided. The ceilings are a bit low - as usual in old farmhouses. The whole flat has got laminate floors (except the bathroom, which is tiled).
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Ampen, im romantischen alten Ortskern, 5,5 km von Soest, in einem alten Bauernhaus mit verschiedenen Wohnungen für Studenten. Im Dorf gibt es einen Bäcker und eine Pizzeria. Der nächste Supermarkt mit Apotheke, Bankautomat, etc. im Kaufland, Senator-Schwarz-Ring, (2,7 km, 5 min. mit dem Auto, 10 min. mit dem Rad). Zur FH sind es ca. 13 min. mit dem Auto und 18 min. mit dem Rad. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur 3 min. weit, der Bus braucht ca. 10 min. in die Stadt.
The flat is situated in Ampen, a nice old village 5km from Soest, in an old farm-house with various flats for students. The villages has got a backery and a pizza place. The next supermarket, pharmacy, cashpoint, etc. is at Kaufland, Senator-Schwarz-Ring, which is 2,7 km away (5 min. by car, 10 min. by bike). To the FH it takes around 13 min. by car and 18 min. with the bike. The busstation is 3 min. away, the bus takes around 10 min. to the city.
Das WG-Leben gestaltet die Gemeinschaft selbst, eine Hausordnung wird gemeinsam erstellt, um allen ein angenehmes, unkompliziertes Miteinander zu bieten. Es gibt einen Putzplan. Rauchen ist aus Rücksicht auf die anderen Mitbewohner im Haus nicht gestattet. Vor dem Haus gibt es aber eine überdachte Fläche, auf der sich die Raucher gern treffen. Oder auch mal ein Bier getrunken wird.
Im Haus gibt es fünf weitere Wohnungen, davon eine weitere WG. Bislang war es immer sehr international im Haus, Studenten aus Deutschland und aus aller Welt. Eine gewisse kulturelle und religiöse Offenheit sind also Voraussetzung, ein Interesse am internationalen Austausch wären toll. Im Moment ist sind 5 der 12 Bewohner deutsch... Es gibt eine Wiese im Garten, die mitbenutzt werden kann.
The inhabitants of the flat will fix the rules for sharing the flat by themselves. Because most tenants do not smoke, smoking is not allowed in the house in respect of the other housemates. There is a cleaning table and of course there are some general rules as e.g. concerning the rubbish bins, the stairway, etc.
There are five more flats in the same house. Students so far come from Germany, and from all over the world. Hopefully there will be some good interchange between students of different nations. In the Moment the five of the twelve inhabitants are German.There is a garden, which can be used as well. And at the entrance of the house is a sheltered area, where smokers can meet...
