The room is 13sqm big, very cozy and bright! Everything is ready to use (comfy bed, drawers and other equipments) The room will be available on the 1st of August 2018 for a flexible amount of time. You will have your own Kitchen and Bathroom, there will be a cleaning lady coming every Tuesday morning too! Washing Machine is available in the basement and included. The flat has been renovated recently so everything is still in a very good condition and clean.
My flat mate will also move out on the same date, so if you have a friend and want to have your private bedroom, this flat is your solution! (both rooms around 13-14sqm, furnished)
The House is located in a very family friendly and quiet area. 3 minutes walk to Bus Stop : Kesselfuhr and Gotlandweg (C2) - easy transport access. 8 minutes walk to Sparkasse. 10 minutes walk to Penny. 15 minutes walk to Fachhochschule Südwestfalen and 25 minutes to the city center!
You will have your private flat. The other tenants in the other floors are very nice and friendly, they speak very good English and are very helpful! - but note that you will have your own flat ;)
My flat mate is also planning to move out on the exact same date, so if you have another friend that you wanna stay with but prefer to have a private bedroom, this flat is your solution! (both rooms around 13-14sqm and furnished) - The rent cost includes everything. If you own a bike, you can safely keep the bike in the housing area.
