Hallo,
Da unsere Mieter wegen Beendigung Ihres Studium leider ausziehen müssen, haben wir zwei Zimmer frei. Eines ist 13qm groß, das ander 19qm. Um Strom- und Internetanschluss müsstet Ihr euch noch selber kümmern, dafür ist aber eine Putzfrau mit inbegriffen. Die Küche bleibt auch drin und ist bereits mit Geschirr, etc. ausgestattet.
Die WG ist schön gelegen. Es sind ca. 5min bis zur nächsten Bushaltestelle und ca. 10min zu Fuß in die Innenstadt. Auch zur Uni sind es mit dem Rad nur 10-15min. Die Straße wurde letztes Jahr komplett neu gemacht und seitdem gibt es auch genügend Parkplätze.
Da die WG praktisch komplett neu gegründet wird, ist die Gestaltung des WG-Lebens ganz euch überlassen.
