The room located on the third floor in multi-family house. It will be free from 10.08 for short term rent until 31.08
The flat has 2 separated bedroom, one kitchen that is fully equipped as well, one bathroom with bathtub and one common space.
The room is fully furnished with one bed, lamp table, writing table, one chair and wardrobe as you can see from the picture. It's a perfect room for a student.
The washing machine located in the basement and you can use it.
The best thing about this flat is there will be Cleaning lady once a week to clean the bathroom, kitchen and the common space. So you only need to clean your room.
The location is very nice, not in the city centre so you won't hear the loud noises from the church bell or children screaming.
There is 3 close bus stop that you can reach only 2 minutes by foot. With the bus, it will take you to the Penny Supermarket, Bakery, Sparkasse Bank, very good Döner place and a Chinese restaurant that can be reached 1min by bus. The bus line also can take you to the University (FH Südwestfalen) within 3min. To the city centre, it's only 10 min by bus. To the Train station can be reached in 15 min by bus.
There's another girl living here, She's also going to stay until 31 August and currently working in Soest.
The Landlord super nice and they can speak German and English.
They lived on the first floor so if there's something wrong you can directly tell them.
The total rent is 200 euro it's already include everything. (Laundry, Electricity, Wifi and cleaning fee)
The furniture is already provided by the landlord so you don't have to pay additional cost for the furniture.
The deposit is 600 euro
For my flatmate room its also cost the same 300 euro
