Die Wohnung ist etwa 118m² groß, sehr hell und verfügt über eine einladende Atmosphäre. Es gibt 4 Schöne Zimmer, eine große Einbauküche, ein modernes Badezimmer sowie ein Gäste-WC. Auch ein Besucherzimmer sowie ein Abstellraum sind in der Wohnung vorhanden. Die Wohnung wurde vor kurzem sehr aufwendig renoviert und modern gestaltet.
Die Küche ist sehr geräumig, sodass man dort gemütlich beisammen sitzen kann. Sie verfügt über moderne Geräte (Spülmaschine, Gefrierfach, Kühlschrank, Backofen) und lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Das Haus liegt sehr zentral. Sowohl die Fachhochschule als auch die Innenstadt sind in kürzester Zeit mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (z.B. Edeka, Lidl und Aldi) gibt es in der Nähe. Die Busverbindung ist um die Ecke (1 Min). Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor dem Haus!
