Die Wohnung ist eine 3-Zimmer Wohnung in der Innenstadt von Soest. 2 Schlafzimmer, von denen eines deins wäre, und der Wohnraum mit integrierter Küche.
Ich bin selber erst gerade in die Wohnung gezogen -> es gibt noch viel Gestaltungsspielraum, aber einiges ist auch noch nicht vorhanden. Eine Couch zum Beispiel. Die Küche besteht gerade auch noch sehr minimalistisch aus Kühlschrank und Herd, eine Spüle habe ich aber schon gekauft und die kommt im Oktober.
Die Nebenkosten sind noch nicht 100% fest, aber 100 € ist deswegen eine Abschätzung nach oben.

The flat is a 3-room flat in the centre of Soest. 2 bedrooms, one of these would be yours, and the living room with an integrated kitchen.
I just moved in myself -> there is a lot of creative freedom, but also stuff is still lacking. E.g. a couch. The kitchen right now consists of a fridge, a stove, but I have bought a sink which arrives in october.
The extra costs for heating, water and internet are not a 100% fixed yet, but it should be 100€ max, likely lower.
In der Innenstadt - drum herum ist ein Müller, ein Radladen und viele andere Geschäfte. Dadurch, dass man direkt an der Fußgängerzone ist, ist es eigentlich recht ruhig vom Verkehr her.
Zum Bahnhof und Supermarkt braucht man so 7 Fußminuten.

In the city center - there is a Müller, a bicycle shop and many others around. Traffic noise is quite low, because it is next to a pedestrian area.
The train station and super market is about 7 minutes away by foot.
Ich, Rike, und meine Mischlingshündin Rita wären deine Mitbewohnerinnen.
Ich bin gerade für meinen Job nach Soest gezogen, aus Hamburg. Ich arbeite dann Vollzeit im Bereich Abfall. Ich habe schon lange gerne in verschiedenen WGs gewohnt, und mich deswegen wieder dafür entschieden :-)
Ich mag Gitarre spielen, Podcasts, vegan kochen und über Utopien und Dystopien diskutieren. Gerne mal Demo, oder Theater, oder Sauna, oder ein bisschen Aktivismus zu Themen, die mir wichtig sind. Ich lerne auch gerne Sprachen - aktuell arabisch, unaktuell französisch.
Ich bin recht minimalistisch eingestellt, und kaufe dazu gerne Sachen gebraucht - daher ist die Wohnung gerade noch sehr spartanisch. Wir können die Wohnung ja dann zusammen so einrichten, wie es uns passt.
Ich bin eher ein ordentlicher Mensch, es wäre also super wenn du nicht furchtbar chaotisch bist.
Und natürlich solltest du Hunde tolerieren! Aber bei einer Besichtigung könnt ihr euch auch gerne beschnuppern - Rita mag im Prinzip jeden Menschen.

Me, Rike, and my dog Rita would be your flatmates.
I just moved to Soest for my job from Hamburg. I'll be working full-time in waste management. I have lived in shared flats for a long time and like it, so I decided to do it again.
I like playing the guitar, listening to podcast, cooking vegan and discussing utopias and dystopias. Also a demonstration once in a while, theatre, sauna, or a bit of activism about topics dear to my heart. I also like learning languages - right now arabic, not so right now also french.
I am quite the minimalist, and also like to buy stuff used - so the flat is quite sparse regarding furniture and decoration. We can setup the flat together as we like.
I am more tidy than not, so it would be gread if you are not too chaotic.
And you should like dogs! But you can get to know each other when you visit - Rita likes all humans!
Gerade habe ich noch kein Internet (aber das kommt bald), deswegen können wir leider keine Online-Besichtigung machen.
Zum Kennenlernen und Besichtigen passt abends oder am Wochenende gut.
