Da ich zu meinem Freund ziehe wird mein Zimmer in meiner WG frei. Die Wohnung liegt 2min. Fußweg von der Innenstadt entfernt und die Anbindung an Düsseldorf ist sehr gut. Direkt vor der Tür ist eine Bushaltestelle und 5min. zu fuß fährt die S-Bahn nach Düsseldorf.
Es gibt in der WG zwei männliche Mitbewohner, Carsten und Matthias, die beide sehr nett sind und wo ich als Frau wirklich sagen kann das es keinerlei Probleme mit Privatsphäre und Putzen gibt. ;-)
Da es eine Altbauwohnung ist, gibt es hier schöne hohe Stuckdecken und große Räume. Sogar die Küche ist sehr großzügig und daher auch beliebter Treffpunkt zum essen, quatschen, ...usw. Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon und im Innenhof ist Grillen nach absprache möglich. Das Wohnzimmer ist auch sehr groß und schön und Mittelpunkt der Wohnung. Bad und Toilette sind getrennt. So gibt es morgens auch keine Rangeleien.;-)
Die Miete beträgt mit Nebenkosten und Telefon ca. 300 €.
Falls Du noch keine Möbel hast, so könntest Du meine gegen ein kleines Entgelt übernehmen.
