Da mein Mitbewohner zum Ende des Monats auszieht, suche ich für die restliche Zeit meines Referendariats in Speyer eine(n) neue(n) Mitbewohner(in) für den Zeitraum von Februar bis einschließlich Juni.
Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Fußgängerzone und dennoch in einer sehr ruhigen Nebenstraße.
Neben Wohnzimmer, Küche und Bad hat jeder ein Schlafzimmer sowie ein kleineres Zimmer, das gut als Büro genutzt werden kann. Das frei werdende Schlafzimmer misst 3.65m x 4.50m, das Büro 4.50m x 2,50m und ist ein Durchgangszimmer. Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert.
Die Kaltmiete beträgt 350 Euro. Hinzu kommen Kosten für Strom/ Internet/ GEZ von etwa 70-80 Euro monatlich.
