Die 4-Zimmer Wohnung wurde seit Generationen als Doktoranden-WG geführt. Wir sind derzeit zu dritt; mit dir wird eine 27-Jährige Doktorandin der Volkswissenschaften und ein Masterstudent in Accounting and Finance wohnen, der allerdings ebenso wie ich ins Ausland gehen wird.

Beautiful shared apartment for subletting from June 1,2013 until December 31, 2013, alternatively until January 31, 2014. The room has approximately 18 square meters with an amazing light resulting from two windows, one to the south, the other to the west. The apartment is located only 5 minutes from the university (if you are going down the hill it is even faster) or nearly 10 minutes by walk.

A big kitchen with a dishwasher is part of the apartment as well as a really cozy and big living room with two big sofas, a big dining table and a flat screen television with cable TV. But the best feature is the panorama window from where you can see the city lights of St.Gallen at night!

Of course, any expenses like the fast internet, cable TV as well as electricity and hot water are included in the final costs.

Location highlights: the apartment is perfectly located, you only have to walk around the corner to get supermarkets, discounters, kiosks and a bakery. Also the public bus station is only some steps away.

The room is furnished with a king size bed, a big desk, a wardrobe, two cupboards, a nightstand, several lamps and a clothes rail.

Also the other parts of the apartment are fully equipped (in the living room and the kitchen)
This means this is an all inclusive offer. You do not have to concern about anything regarding the apartment and furnishing.

Your flatmate: Normally, this four room apartment is shared with two other flatmates, but only one will remain, a 27-year old PhD student who speaks fluently English, Italian and German. My other flatmate will also leave St.Gallen for the autumn term to study abroad.
