ENGLISH version - Room for rent:
We (Joschua & I) are renting out a room of around 10m2 in our shared flat for a monthly rent of 399 CHF or the equivalent in euros. So far, the room has been rented to a fellow student who is going abroad for a semester in the summer.
We share a kitchen and a WC. The room will be handed over furnished (we can discuss this in detail).
