Ab Oktober werde in unserer 4er WG drei Zimmer in unserer top-ausgestatteten 6-Zimmer-Wohnung in der Dufourstrasse frei. Die Zimmer sind allesamt hell und mit mehreren großen Fenstern ausgestattet. Der Boden ist mit mega Fischgrätenparkett ausgelegt.
Die moderne Küche ist ausgestattet mit Steamer, Backofen, Induktionsherd und Weinkühlschrank. Es gibt zwei Bäder mit Regendusche, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Unser großes Wohnzimmer eignet sich super für Filmabende, zusammensitzen und gemeinsames Essen. Von dort aus betrittst du einen Süd-Balkon mit wunderschönen Blick auf den Säntis, auf dem wir bei gutem Wetter unseren Profi-Grill nutzen können. Wir haben zusätzlichen Stauraum im Keller und Büro für all deine Sportausrüstung oder Sonstiges.
From October onwards, three rooms will be available in our 4-bedroom flat share in our well-equipped 6-room apartment in Dufourstrasse. The rooms are all bright and have several large windows. The floor is covered with mega herringbone parquet.
The modern kitchen is equipped with a steamer, oven, induction hob and wine fridge. There are two bathrooms with rain shower, washing machine and dryer. Our large living room is perfect for movie nights, sitting together and eating together. From there you enter a south-facing balcony with a beautiful view of the Säntis, where we can use our professional barbecue in good weather. We have additional storage space in the cellar and office for all your sports equipment or anything else.
Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind innerhalb von 2 Minuten erreichbar und die Buslinie bringt dich in 7 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Zur Uni gehst du 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Direkt den Hügel hoch ist ein Wald, der perfekt für Laufen oder Downhillbiken ist. In der Garage ist Platz für ein Auto und Fährräder. Dem Haus zugehörig befindet sich ein großer Garten zur Mitnutzung. Die Nachbarn sind super nett und haben für gelegentliche Parties Verständnis.
Shopping facilities can be reached within 2 minutes and the bus line takes you to the city center in 7 minutes. The university is a 10-minute walk away. Just up the hill is a forest that is perfect for running or downhill biking. There is space for a car and bikes in the garage. The house has a large garden for shared use. The neighbors are super nice and understanding of occasional parties.
Du teilst die Wohnung mit Hauke (m, 28) und zwei weiteren neuen Mitbewohnern. Wir suchen eine Person, die gerne am WG-Leben teilnimmt, es ist aber auch völlig okay, wenn du dich ab und zu in dein Zimmer zurückziehst. Wenn du eine soziale Person bist, die im Sommer gerne zu den Drei Weihern schwimmen oder wandern geht und im Winter ab und zu skifährst, bist du super geeignet. Am besten arbeitest du schon oder bist im Masterstudium.
You'll be sharing the apartment with Hauke (m, 28) and two other new flatmates. We are looking for someone who likes to take part in shared flat life, but it's also perfectly okay if you want to retreat to your room from time to time. If you are a social person who likes to go swimming or hiking at the Drei Weihern in the summer and skiing in the winter, you are a great fit. Ideally, you should already be working or studying for a Master's degree.
