Das Zimmer ist 17qm groß und ist möbliert. Das Bad unddie Küche sind sehr schön und haben genügend Platz.
Durch Fenster kommt viel Licht in das Zimmer. Die Wände dürfen nach Wunsch verändert werden.
Genügend Steckdosen sind vorhanden.
Ruhige Lage mit guter Anbindung. Eine Straße weiter ist die Bushaltestelle. Von dort ist man in weiger Minuten am Wannsee oder in Teltow oder am Potsdam Hbf. Von dort kann man überall schnell hinkommen. Autobahnanbindung ist optimal.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Kiosk etc. zu Fuß erreichbar.
In der Nähe ist ein Wald der zum jogge o.ä. einlädt und eine Art Fluss der zum verweilen und sonnen einlädt.
Eure zukünftige Mitbewohnerin ist eine Studentin 20 Jahre alt und sehr freundlich. Sie ist ruhig und sauber. Ich hatte keine Probleme mit ihr, es war ein entspannted Zusammenleben.
Es ist eine Einliegerwohnung und die Vermieter wohnen im EG. Der Garten darf mit Pool und allem mitbenutzt werden.
Rauchen draußen erlaubt.
