Das Zimmer ist ca 16qm groß und hat zwei Fenster und eine Holzdecke die von originalen Balken getragen wird.
Zudem verbleibt ein großes Regal über der Tür das perfekt für Aktenordner geeignet ist.
Es besteht zudem die Möglichkeit ein größeres Zimmer mit ca 24qm zu beziehen da deine zukünftigen Mitbewohnern zum Tauschen bereit wären, allerdings wäre dies natürlich etwas teurer (240€). Dieses hat ebenfalls 2 Fenster und unter der Schräge einen praktischen Abstellraum.
Die WG liegt zentral in Burgsteinfurt.
Zum Bahnhof (Zug und Busse) sind es 2min, zur Fachhochschule nur 10min zu Fuß. Supermärkte, Ärzte, Innenstadt sind ebenfalls zu Fuß in unter 10min zu erreichen.
Die WG ist 95qm groß und liegt über einem Ladenlokal und ist daher abends und am Wochenende sehr ruhig ;-)
Die Wohnung ist in einem Altbau und wurde vor etwa 4 Jahren komplett renoviert.
Besonders sind die alten, aufbereiteten Holzbalken die mit modernen Möbeln einen einzigartigen Kontrast bilden.
