Das Zimmer ist ab sofort beziehbar, es ist aber auch möglich erst zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt einzuziehen.
Das Zimmer befindet sich im Wohnheim und gehört zu einer 2er-WG. Die Aufteilung der WG ist ungefähr so:
- dein Zimmer - Küche/Bad - Filips Zimmer
An jedem Zimmer befindet sich ein Balkon in Richtugn der FH.
Das Wohnheim liegt direkt neben der FH, somit habt ihr bis zur Vorlesung einen Fußweg von ca. 2 min zum Edeka braucht ihr ca. 5 min und zum Bahnhof ca. 10 min. Mit dem Fahrrad seid ihr natürlich schneller unterwegs.
Dein zukünftiger Mitbewohner heißt Filip, ist 25 Jahre alt und studiert Informatik. Wie das zukünftige WG-Leben aussieht kann ich nicht sagen, aber mit Filip hat man auf alle Fälle einen entspannten coolen Mitbewohner mit dem man abends mal nen paar Bier trinken kann oder sonstwas machen kann.
Da das Wohnheim voll mit Studenten ist findet neben dem eigentlichen WG-Leben noch ein Wohnheim-Leben statt, so kann man beispielsweise im Schrödingers Fußball gucken, draußen Volleyball spielen oder einfach nur in anderen WGs sich nen gemütlichen Abend machen.

Im Mietpreis sind alle Kosten mit drin sowie eine kleiner Obolus der fürs WG-Konto (Putzzeug etc.) bestimmt ist.
