Aufgrund beruflicher Veränderung wird mein Zimmer in der großzügigen und hellen 81 qm Wohnung frei. Das Zimmer hat ca. 13 qm und ist aktuell voll möbiliert. Die Möbel können gegen eine verhandelbare Summe übernommen werden. Die Möbel wurden, wie die komplette Einrichtung, erst im Februar gekauft. Die Wohnung hat 4-Zimmer, eine EBK, 1 Badezimmer mit Toilette, Dusche und Badewanne sowie ein Gäste-WC. Der großzügige Balkon bietet dazu noch einen tollen Ausblick.
Dein zukünftiger Mitbewohner ist 24 Jahre alt und berufstätig. Es eignen sich daeshalb ebenfalls Berufstätige, aber auch Studenten sind gerne willkommen.
Die Wohnung beeinhaltet außerdem einen Garagenparkplatz sowie einen Stellplatz davor. Im Keller bietet ein Kellerraum zusätzlich Stauraum.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Neubaugebiet in Stimpfach. In Crailsheim ist man mit dem Auto innerhalb von 10min. Eine Bushaltestelle ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Die WG war ursprünglich keine Zweck-WG. Deshalb ist es deinem neuen Mitbewohner wichtig, dass ihr auch zwischenmenschlich ein gutes Verhältnis pflegt. Er ist locker, offen und entspannt.
