Hey! I'm looking for someone to share my new apartment with. I'm a grad student from Colorado, studying at the music school here.
I'm looking for a room mate to split rent. Gender doesn't matter. I just need someone who has the following traits:
- has good musical taste (a.k.a. "not shit" :)
- is fairly laid back
- is a genuinely kindhearted, authentic human being

ABOUT THE CITY:
Gothenburg is Sweden's third biggest city (not actually "big" by German or American standards of course -- but so much the better! Green nature is everywhere, and it is the perfect size for someone who wants to have fun. Located on the west coast of Sweden. Lots of young people in the parks, a good train system and public transportation. And the city is known for it's stellar music scene and for its outdoor festivals in the summertime. You can easily take hiking trails in the nearby semi-mountainous terrain, or get away to have a bonfire with friends by one of the many lakes. The nature is truly amazing here, it feels like Göteborg is a perfect blend of nature and city.

Excellent location in Gamla stan ("the old city" in English)
Excellent transportation. Most people ride "the tram" or in Swedish spårvagen
Only one stop to the central station.
I'm pretty laid back. I'm used to living in an international environment with lots of people from different backgrounds. I'll be out of the house and working at my studio a fair amount but I definitely don't mind showing people around. I like to be social but also sometimes I'll just stay in my room with the door clothes, I figure that's normal for most people. I'm very respective of others needs and I'll do my best to make sure you are content and that you have a happy stay here.
I do work with music for a living though, so I need to live with someone who is comfortable with that. Most of the time when I practice or meet with other artists and musicians we go to the studio however.
