Servus Leute,
ich (M/38)suche jetzt ab 03.2009 bis, erstmals Monat 07/08.2009 einen netten deutschsprachige/n Mitbewohner/in. Die Wohnung ist 67qm gross und hat drei Zimmer (20, 17 & 13). Die Wohnung hat eine nette Gemeinschaftsküche und ist ausgerüstet mit DSL-Internet Anschluss (20:3), Gasherd/Ofen, Espressomaschine und Duschkabine. Eins von den Zimmern werde ich selbst bewohnen, wenn ich in Schweden bin. Befinde mich momentan in Bayern. Das mittlere Zimmer (17qm) wird jetzt also zum 1. März 2009 frei!! Das Zimmer ist teil- oder vollmöbliert zu vermieten. Die Wohnung ist Altbau und das Haus hat zusätzlich einen Garten mit Grillplatz. Das Meer liegt nur in Blickweite entfernt.
Schnelle Busverbindungen ins Zentrum und zu Malmö Högskola (12min) gibt´s gleich in der Nähe.
In der Nähe befinden sich auch günstige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Willy´s, Lidl & Malmborgs
Miete: 350,- Euro
