Ich vermiete zwei Zimmer in meiner Wohnung während meines Urlaubs vom 16. September bis zum 06. Oktober 2023 (3 Wochen). Miete für ein Zimmer für die drei Wochen : 300 € + 60 € Nebenkosten
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Stadtviertel Neudorf (10/15 Min. vom Stadtzentrum entfernt mit Fahrrad, Strassenbahn oder Bus).
Die Wohnung ist 70 qm gross, inkl. Balkon 9qm, mit Blick ins Grüne. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Einbauküche, Waschmaschine, Ofen, Geschirrspüllmaschine, Mikrowelle, Fernsehen, WIFI...). Sie ist auch sehr ruhig und sehr hell.
In beiden Zimmern gibt es die Möglichkeit, einen Schreibtisch zu organisieren.
Für Fragen stehe ich sehr gerne zur Verfügung !
Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtviertel Neudorf, 1 Minute entfernt von der Tram/Bus-Haltestelle "Gravière".
Das Stadtzentrum ist in ca. 10/15 Minuten mit Fahrrad, Bus oder Strassenbahn (Tram C) zu erreichen.
Im Viertel, erreichar in 5 Minuten :
- Schwimmbad Kibitzenau
- Park Kurgarten
- Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (2 Auchan)
- Nette Kneipen (Grognon, Croque Bedaine, Peau de vache...)
