Ich bin ein französische Student (vergib mir also bitte mein approximativ Deutsch), der nach Berlin dieses Sommer fahrt und also untermietet sein Zimmer.
Ich vermiete mein Zimmer ab jetzt bis Ende Juli (das Datum ist ein bisschen flexible).
Das Zimmer ist schrägwändig, nicht so gross aber sonnig (Süd-orientiert) und mobiliert mit einem doppelt Bett, einem Schreibtisch, einem Schrank, Regale und einer Kommode (und einer Stereoanlage).
Was besonders in dieser schrägwändigen Wohnung ist das grosses sonniges voll-bequem Wohnzimmer, mit den vielfältigen Couchen und der Plattenspieler.
Die Wohnung ist sehr nah am Zentrum und nicht weit von dem Bahnhof oder von dem Campus.
Du wirst mit Pedro wohnen, einen brasilianisch Untermieter, der hier 2 Monate bleibt. Er ist sehr nett, spricht English und lehrnt Französisch.
I rent my room from now until the end of juli (flexible date).
It's a attic room which are not so big but sunny (south-oriented) and furnished with a double bed, a writing table, a wardrobe, selves (and a stereo).
What's great in this attic flat is the big sunny cosy livingroom, with many couch and a record player.
The flat is on the 5th floor, just 10 minutes walking from the city center and from the main train station, 15 minutes walking from the campus.
You will live with just 1 other room-mate, Pedro, who are hier for two month. He is very kind, he speaks English and learns French .
