First of all, let me introduce myself, I'm Etienne a young french doctor of 28. I'm travelling to south France for the entire summer for professional reasons and I'm looking for someone to rent my room for 4 months (about from the first of may to the end of august).
This is a big room over 20 m2, with woodboarded floor and high ceilings. All my furnitures stay in : bed, table, bank, shelves etc. so you don't have to bring any furniture which is good for someone staying here only a few months.
The apartment is about 115 m2 in total with 3 rooms, a fully functional kitchen, a bathroom (with a shower AND a bathtub), a living room and even a small balcony southside, perfect to enjoy the summer sun.
The flat is located in "Observatoire" area between "Esplanade" and "Orangerie". This is close to downtown. Only 5 minutes by bike. The tram line is just down our flat and goes directly to the central train station in about 12 minutes.
The neighborhood is very diverse with lot of students and different nationalities. There is everything needed very close to the flat : grocery stores, supermarkets etc. If you have a car, you can find a place quite easily in the street.
The flatmates are two girls, Elodie and Julie, both 25 y.o. Elodie works as a sales assistant and also in an small association as a communicator. Julie is a young lawyer and has newly (for 1 month) arrived in the flat.
Both of them are very easygoing people. They like to share some conversation or eat together. We're always happy when there's someone home to talk or have a drink.
You can write me per mail for any further information. And of course the best is that we set up a meeting, so that you can see the apartment. If this was impossible we can also talk with Skype in any case.
