A 10 meter squared room available for short term sublet the room is fully furnished single bed, bed linning, room tiled, with wordrobe, one chair, two tables, and a shoe rack are available in your room. Additionally out of your room in the kitchen you get a cabinet and a shelf in the fridge and there are two bathrooms one with the shower. Also KVR is possible.
The building located two to three minutes by bike to university, two minutes to bus station, one minute to Aldi and around two to three minutes to reach City center. Also from the window you could see the black forest and the view is stunning. Because of the direction of the window you will also have lots of sunlight in the morning.
Your flatmates one of them is TUM student and other is a worker. Both them are very cooperative and helpful. No parties are allowed in the flat share. You should clean the kitchen after you use it however, the cleaning lady will come every Friday at 10:30 to do deep cleaning of kitchen bathroom and rooms. Please regardless keep the kitchen and bathrooms clean to respect your flat mates.
