Ich bin gerade auf der Suche nach zwei neuen Mitbewohner*In für eine WG-Neugründung!
Frei sind zwei Zimmer, das für 330€ KALT vermietet wird. Der Vertrag für Gas/Strom/etc. wird von uns selbst abgeschlossen und nicht über den Vermieter, das dürften schätzungsweise 120€ pro Person sein. Die Zimmer sind unmöbliert.
Die Küche ist groß mit einem Esstisch, das Bad auch und es gibt eine Badewanne. Momentan ist noch keine Küchenzeile/Kühlschrank/Waschmaschine mit in der Wohnung, wir müssten uns daher darum kümmern diese Sachen zu besorgen, in Absprache und mit Unterstützung des Vermieters. (Also eventuell über Ebay Kleinanzeigen etc., beim Transport kann er uns unterstützen)

Hey everyone!
I'm currently looking for two new flatmates to join me in starting a new shared flat from June on!
There are two rooms available, renting for about €330 WITHOUT expenses. The expenses (gas, electricity, etc.) will likely be around €120 per person and we'll handle the contract ourselves and not through the landlord. The rooms are not furnished.
The kitchen is spacious with a dining table and so is the bathroom, which includes a bathtub. Currently, there's no kitchen unit/fridge/washing machine in the apartment, so we'll need to arrange to get those items with support from the landlord (Maybe with ebay Kleinanzeigen, we can get help with the transport)
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der Nähe des Klinikums und der THM. Da die Wohnung noch nicht ganz fertig gestellt ist, kann ich leider keine Fotos der Wohnung hier einstellen. Besichtigen können wir sie allerdings gerne zusammen oder wenn möglich ist Fotos schicken.
Die Wohnung ist im 1. Stock (deswegen leider nicht barrierefrei) eines Hauses mit insgesamt drei Wohnungen, im Erdgeschoß wohnen drei TUM-Studierende, in einer kleineren Dachgeschosswohnung wohnt auch eine Studentin. Es gibt einen kleinen Garten, der gemeinsam benutzt werden kann und in dem auch demnächst gegärtnert wird.
The flat is close to the hospital and the THM. It is not completly finished yet, so I can't upload pictures yet. But we can visit the flat together or I can send pictures.
The flat is on the first floor (unfortunately not wheelchair accessible) of a house with a total of three flats. On the ground floor, there are three TUM students living, and in a smaller attic apartment there's also a student. There's a small garden that can be used for everyone and we'll soon start gardening there too.
Noch kurz zu mir: Ich bin Milton und wohne seit letztem Jahr in Straubing. Ich komme aus Spanien und bin vor ein paar Jahren nach Deutschland gekommen um mein Studium in Hessen zu beenden und habe dann aber eine Ausbildung zum Krankenpfleger in Straubing angefangen. Bitte schreib Pineapple am Anfang deiner Nachricht, wenn du den Text gelesen hast :) Ich bin vegan und es wäre für mich von Vorteil, wenn du auch vegan oder vegetarisch bist. Allerdings bin ich auch flexibel, um Menschen mit einem anderen Lebensstil zu treffen. Schreib mir einfach eine Nachricht.
A few words about me: I'm Milton and I've been living in Straubing since last year. I come from Spain and came to Germany a few years ago to finish my studies in Hessen and then started nursing in Straubing. Please start your message with Pineapple, to make sure you read the text :) I am vegan and it would be a plus for me if you are vegan or vegetarian, but I am also flexible to meet people with a different lifestyle.
