Hi! Two of my roommates are moving out, so I’m looking for a new flatmate to join our cozy WG. The plan is to turn one of the rooms into a living room once the second roommate moves out (hopefully in early/mid-April—I’ll have a final answer on Saturday!).
Move-in date: April 1st (since my roommate Pats is leaving then, we need someone right away).
Note: There might be a little room shuffle when the second room becomes available—sorry for any inconvenience! If you're curious about how it will work out, just message me, I'm happy to explain. (whatsapp please!)
My roommate is selling her furniture for 110€, which includes a nearly new washing machine (bought in December!). You can discuss details with her when we meet!
Location: This WG is super close to the university in Straubing—just a minute from Uferstraße & Petersgasse and right by the Donau, which is amazing in summer! The supermarket and the city center are both just 5 minutes away.
Apartment: We’re on the top floor (penthouse 😉), so all rooms have slanted ceilings, which makes it extra cozy. Our neighbors are lovely elderly ladies, so it’s a quiet & respectful environment.
Female flatmates only! (Sorry guys, I won’t reply.)
I value open, honest communication and a chill atmosphere where we can talk things out if needed.
We keep the WG very clean with a weekly cleaning plan—things like no dishes left in the sink overnight and wiping down the shower after use. That said, we totally get that student life gets crazy sometimes—so as long as you’re clean 85% of the time, we’re good! 😄
You’re always welcome to have friends over—brunches, dinner parties, and summer BBQs are great! We just avoid crazy late-night parties out of respect for our downstairs neighbor (but maybe for a special event, we can give them a heads-up?)
