Das Zimmer ist 17 m2 groß, hat 2 große Fenster und liegt zum Garten raus. Möbel solltet ihr, wenn möglich, selbst mitbringen; wir können aber auch etwas zusammen organisieren.
Die Wohnung liegt 1 Minute vom See sowie von der Einkaufsstraße im Zentrum Strausbergs entfernt. Auch zur Straßenbahn sind es nur 2, zur S-Bahn-Station "Strausberg Stadt" (Linie S5) etwa 5 Minuten. Die S-Bahn Richtung Berlin fährt alle 20 Minuten, in ca. einer halben Stunde ist man in Wuhletal.
Wir sind eine freundliche und eher ruhige WG und wohnen seit 5 Jahren zusammen; wir pendeln selbst regelmäßig nach Berlin rein. Gemeinsam genutzte Räume & Lebensmittel organisieren wir zusammen und machen bei Bedarf WG-Plenum. Zusammen essen & schnacken nach Lust und Laune.
WG-Erfahrung wäre schön, ist aber kein Muss.
