Hey,
my room will be available from May 1st.
It's furnished, permanent, and located in a shared apartment with 2 people. It sounds like a lot at first, but since it's a completely separate single-family home, with a living room with a TV and sofa, a large kitchen (with absolutely everything, even an air fryer😌), an extra laundry room (two washing machines and a dryer), and a garden, it's spread out quite well! My room is on the second floor, and I share a bathroom with 2-3 people.
The rent including all utilities for my room is currently €350
The room is furnished with white Ikea furniture. The bed can be adjusted between 90cm and 2m wide. The mattress, however, is 1.40m wide. I brought the desk and black chair from the pictures from home and will take them with me when I move out. I stored the desk that's actually in the room in the house and will put it back in as soon as I move out. The desk (as well as the white chair in the corner of the room) is also a white piece of Ikea furniture and is perfectly
