Ich (Zofia 24) bin am Ende meines Studiums angekommen und verlasse diese wunderbare WG daher Ende Februar um mein Studium in Polen abzuschließen. Meine Mitbewohnerinnen Martin und Lisa (die hier bald einziehen wird) suchen eine nette Mitbewohnerin oder einen netten Mitbewohner für unsere WG im Herzen des 2. Bezirkes.   Das Zimmer liegt in einer wunderschönen zweistöckigen, renovierte Dachgeschosswohnung mit tollem Bad inklusive großer Badewanne und gemütlicher Küche, die direkt an einer von uns selbst bepflanzten Dachterrasse liegt.  Das Zimmer ist 10 m2, hat zwei große Fenster mit Blick über die Dächer Wiens und ist somit sehr hell und gemütlich. Da es sich um eine Zwischenmiete handelt werde ich die meisten Möbel im Zimmer lassen: Matratze, Schrank, Regal, Schreibtisch und Schreibtischstuhl :)

Ein Einzug ist ab dem 01.03. möglich. Unser Hauptmietvertrag geht bis zum 14.7. Aber wir werden sicher, wie vorher auch, den Mietvertrag für die nächsten 3 Jahre verlängern können.

I (Zofia 24) have come to the end of my studies and am therefore leaving this wonderful flat share at the end of February to complete my studies in Poland. My flatmates Martin and Lisa (who will moves in here soon) are looking for a nice flatmate for our shared flat in the heart of the 2nd district.   The room is located in a beautiful two-storey, newly renovated attic flat with a great bathroom including a large bathtub and a cosy kitchen, which is located directly on a roof terrace that we planted ourselves.  The room is 10 m2, has two large windows with a view over the rooftops of Vienna and is therefore very bright and cosy. As it is a temporary rental, I will leave most of the furniture in the room: mattress, wardrobe, shelf, desk and desk chair :)

Moving in is possible from 01.03. Our main tenancy agreement runs until 14 July, but we will certainly be able to extend the tenancy agreement for the next 3 years, as before.

Erreichbar mit der U2 Taborstrasse (5 Minuten), U2/U4 Schottenring (7 Minuten) oder Buslinie 5A (gleich um die Ecke).
Im Herzen von Wien, mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in 30 Minuten überall!  Eine extrem angenehme, grüne, ruhige Gegend :)

Easily accessible by metro line U2 Taborstrasse (5 minutes), U2/U4 Schottenring (7 minutes) or bus line 5A (just around the corner). We are in the heart of Vienna, so with public transport you can be everywhere in 30 minutes!  An extremely pleasant, green, quiet neighbourhood :) 🍃

Martin und Lisa suchen jemanden geselligen, da sie selbst gesellig sind, der mit ihnen nette Abende und Tage verbringt. Sie haben Lust auf gemeinsames Kochen hat und genießen im Sommer ein Frühstück auf der Terrasse. Auf der Terrasse wird Gemüse angebaut also gerne PflanzenliebhaberInnen oder die, die es gern werden wollen :)
Wir suchen der sich vor regelmäßigem Putzen nicht scheut, da es ist uns wichtig das sich alle in der WG wohlfühlen. Noch ein paar Wörter über deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerinnen: Martin ist aus Argentinien, kocht gerne, spielt Fußball, ist total sozial und freut sich immer auf ein gemeinsames WG Abend und ist oft mit Freunden unterwegs. Lisa ist eine sehr offene, fröhliche Person und Tanz und unterrichtet Salsa in ihrem eigenen Studio. In WG wird Deutsch, Englisch und Spanisch gesprochen.

Falls du Lust auf ein gemütliches, entspanntes und fröhliches WG Leben hast, freuen wir uns über ein paar Zeilen von dir.

Martin and Lisa are looking for someone sociable, as they are sociable themselves, who would like to spend nice evenings and days with them, sometimes enjoy cooking together and would like to have breakfast on the terrace in summer. Vegetables are grown on the terrace, so plant lovers or those who would like to become one are welcome :)
We are not looking for a messy person, as it is important for us that everyone feels comfortable in the flat. A few words about your future flatmates: Martin is from Argentina, loves cooking, plays football, is totally social and always looks forward to a shared WG party and is often out with friends. Lisa is a very open, cheerful person and dances and teaches salsa in her own studio. German, English and Spanish are spoken in the flat.

If you fancy a cosy, relaxed and cheerful shared flat, we would be delighted to hear from you.
