I'm leaving my room on the 1.9 and searching for someone to take over it.
It is a fully furnished, spacious and cozy room in a fully furnished flat.
The window is large and lets lots of light in during the day.
During the night you can turn the room completely dark thanks to the blinds which are quite a rare find in Germany.
The flat is located in the quiet and chilled old part of Erlangen. Perfect for Students and interns.
On your bike, it will take you around 12 minutes to be at the city center and 8 about minutes to get to the closest shopping area (with LIDL, EDEKA, Rossman and the local swimming pool).
The bus station is located 5 minutes from the flat, the busses passing frequently.
You will share the flat with two very nice and welcoming students from FAU.
House chores are splitted and cleanliness is important.
Washing machine and drying rack are available for free.
The landlord is nice and professional, he will be happy to help if there are any problems.
