Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr neuen Zustand und wurde vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert. Die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, wie Backofen, Herd, Wasserkocher, Besteck, Geschirr, Toaster, etc. Eine Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Zimmer ist ca. 16 qm groß und voll möbliert mit einem Kleiderschrank, einem Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, einem Bett mit Nachttisch und einem Regal.

The apartment is in a very new condition and was renovated not too long ago. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials such as oven, stove, kettle, cutlery, dishes, toaster, etc. Washing machine is also available. The room is about 16 sq.m. and fully furnished with a wardrobe, a desk with chair, a bed with nightstand and a shelf.

In der Nähe befinden sich ein Backer, eine Apotheke, ein Penny und ein Netto. Auch zum Wilhelmsplatz sind es nur ca. 12min zu Fuß, wo man dann zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hat.

The apartment is located in Melanchthonstr. right next to the S-Bahn station Nurnbergerstrafbe and also the subway is only about 3 min walk away. In the vicinity are a Backer, pharmacy, a Penny and a Netto. Also to the Wilhelmsplatz is only about 12min by feet, where you then have numerous shopping opportunities.

Die WG in der Wohnung ist zweckorientiert, d.h. jeder hat sein eigenes Leben, wir kochen nicht zusammen oder sehen zusammen fern, wir reden, wenn wir uns in der Küche treffen und wir respektieren uns.
Jonas wohnt in einem Zimmer und es gibt zwei Mädchen, die das andere Zimmer bewohnen (die Mädchen kommen und gehen sporadisch).

The WG in the apartment is purpose oriented, which means everyone has his own life, we do not cook together or watch TV together, we talk when we meet in the kitchen and we respect each other.
Jonas occupies one room and there are two girls who occupy the other room (the girls come and go sporadically).
